Buzz is led by Natasha Underhill-Day, an experienced facilitator specialising in team effectiveness, leadership and communication.
With over 25 years’ experience working internationally with leaders and teams, Natasha is known for creating engaging, honest and commercially grounded experiences that help people think clearly, communicate openly and work better together.
Her work focuses on strengthening the human side of performance — helping teams improve how they communicate, collaborate, align and deliver results in practice.
Natasha has worked extensively with senior leadership teams, global organisations and multicultural groups, designing and facilitating experiences that create greater awareness, stronger working relationships and meaningful action.
She is an accredited Insights Discovery and LEGO® Serious Play facilitator, a Thrive & Grow Index accredited coach, an Associate Consultant with Insights, and a member of the global Insights Accreditation Faculty.
